Allen Shaw
Allen Shaw is our YOUTH Fitness Trainer. He also teaches our adult and youth PACE Classes.
Allen has also received the Prestigious Fitness Award. Allen Shaw, a long time resident of Fairbanks, was recently awarded the status of qualified Personal Trainer by the ISSA for successfully completing the requirements of their Certified Youth Fitness Trainer (YFT), Fitness Education course, on December 6, 2005. He received the certification with special distinction for also submitting a personal exercise demonstration video produced by this 14-year-old stepdaughter Jessica Snedden, which featured his 7-year-old son Kolman Shaw.
The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) has recently been mentioned in stories appearing on the Discovery channel, WebMD, Oxygen, Men’s Health Magazine, and regularly appears in Muscle & Fitness magazine as well as countless other national media outlets. The ISSA provides Fitness Education courses to passionate fitness enthusiasts nationwide and many countries worldwide....
