Annie Colbert
We are pleased to welcome Annie to our staff as an in-house nutritionist!
Annie grew up in Alaska participating in mostly indoor sports. She both competed and coached gymnastics up until the age of 18 when she became a certified Jazzercise instructor and personal trainer through the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Mrs. Colbert graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Nutrition through the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Annie joined Cenegenics Medical Institute in 1998, assessing fitness levels and individualizing exercise programs to help her clients achieve their personal goals. She is skilled at motivating people to make healthy lifestyle changes. After 9 successful years with Cenegenics, Annie is now enhancing our nutrition services here at Jungle Gym!
