Theresa Groves
Theresa (co-owner) is certified as a personal fitness trainer, BodyPump Instructor & Spinning Instructor.  She is also available for nutrition coaching, general fitness training, lifestyle coaching and wellness seminars.  She is a National Physique Committee Judge, posing & competition coach, and is also certified in sport-specific training.
